Follow Instructions

2 Timothy 3:16-17 | All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

We have all spent more time than we care to admit putting together a piece of furniture, getting to a new destination, or learning a new skill because we didn't take the time to read the instructions or follow directions. Doing this makes things more difficult than they have to be and wastes time that we'll never get back. Unfortunately, some of us address life the same way. We stubbornly and unnecessarily walk through life blindly because we refuse to learn and adhere to God's instruction. The Bible says that all scripture is "useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness," so when we apply it to our lives, we will be "equipped for every good work."
